As the colder weather arrives, we want to ensure all students stay safe and comfortable during outdoor recess. At FMES, students will go outside as long as the temperature or wind chill is 20°F or higher. Students may play in the snow only if they are wearing boots; those with regular shoes will need to stay on the blacktop. Please be sure your child comes to school dressed for winter weather—coats, hats, and gloves are essential to staying warm. |
