Our Mission By focusing on every child, every minute, every day, our graduates will be prepared to find their “E.” o Enrolled - Further your education. Obtain a 4-year college degree, 2-year associate's degree or complete career technical schooling. o Employed - Be prepared to enter the workforce with a technical skill or as a skilled tradesperson and immediately earn a living wage. o Enlisted- Serve our nation in the military. Join the United States Marine Corps, Navy, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard or Merchant Marines.

New Student Registration

Back-to-School

  • All current students MUST complete their First Day Forms before the start of school. Completed forms are required to access Chromebooks during computer distribution at each school. All families have been sent their student's Snapcode, which is needed to verify and update student records. The district office has computers for families to use and fill out forms if needed. To set up an appointment, please call 330-484-8019.
     

    Didn't receive the Snapcode? Check your spam folder for an email from online.enrollment@cantonlocal.org. If you still cannot find it, call the school office (click here for phone numbers) to confirm that your email is correct in our system.

    • Tuesday, August 11 – SSCA Career Tech Orientation - 6:00 - 7:30 pm
    • Wednesday, August 12 – Readyfest - Faircrest Memorial Elementary School (3-5) 4:30 - 6:00 pm
    • Thursday, August 13 – Readyfest - Canton South Middle School (Grades 6-8) 4:30 - 6:30 pm
    • Thursday, August 13 – Readyfest - Faircrest Memorial Elementary School (1-2) 4:30 - 6:00 pm
    • Tuesday, August 18 – CSHS Open House 4:30 - 6:30 pm
    • Friday, August 21 – Readyfest - Faircrest Memorial Elementary School (PreK-K) 4:30 – 6:00 pm

  • Tuesday, August 18 – Grades 1 through 9 – First Day
    Wednesday, August 19 – All Students Attend (except Prek & K)
    Monday August 24 – Preschool and Kindergarten first day

Announcements

Welcome New Kindergarten Students

Kindergarten registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open. Children who will be 5 years of age on or before August 18, 2026, are eligible to attend. Students must reside within the district to enroll.

Students currently enrolled in Wildcat Preschool do not need to re-enroll.
