- Anonymous Donor - $200.00 donation to the 6" Man Mentoring
- Anonymous Donor - $100.00 donation to the Class of 2029

- East Manufacturing — donation of aluminum for the welding program -valued at $3,417.12
- Teresa Purses — $140.79 donation to Auto Technologies Skills USA
- HWS Best Health Counseling - $300.00 donation to Boys Soccer
- Mark Shaffer - $250.00 donation to Boys Soccer

- Lia Leahy, Intervention Specialist, Faircrest Memorial Elementary School, resignation for retirement purposes effective June 1, 2026

Employment:
- John Petriello, Educational Paraprofessional, employment transfer from 5.5 hour position at Canton South High School to 7 hour position at Faircrest Memorial Elementary School, effective October 1, 2025
- Kathy Strobel, Educational Paraprofessional (Bus Aide), 1.5 hours per day, temporary position; effective October 10, 2025
- Faith Taylor, Permanent Sub, part time, 2 days a week; effective for the 2025-26 school term

- Introduced Student Representatives to the Board, Jordyn Ash and May Renicker
- Updated the Board on the District’s plan to push out factual information about the November 4, 2025 renewal levy
- Updated the Board on House Bill 186 regarding property tax reform
- Elementary parent engagement Reading Under the Lights was well attended even though the event had to be moved indoors due to the weather
- The High School is seeing a lot of positive momentum in student behaviors with the PBIS store

Approved the following:
- Proposed addition to the District Handbook regarding Sunday events (Exhibit SB-4)
Notice of intent to rehire:
- Notice of intent to rehire Joyce Kirkpatrick, Transportation Supervisor, who will be retiring October 31, 2025, in the same capacity. The proposed reemployment date is January 5, 2026.
- The Board will hold a Special Meeting on December 15, 2025 at 5:45 p.m. to give the public an opportunity to comment on the reemployment of a retired employee.
- The Board will consider the reemployment of Joyce Kirkpatrick for the position of Transportation Supervisor at the Regular Meeting to be held December 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
